Most Security Dynamics Corp. Security Officers are off-duty law enforcement officers with experience on the street. Many have additional qualifications, such as specialized education, and other certifications or training in;

Security Dynamics Corp. Professional Security Officers meet the following minimum requirements:
•State Security Certification •Successfully pass a criminal background check •At least 21 years of age •High School graduate •Some college
Most have Police Academy or training equivalent to that of regular Illinois police officers, a minimum of 400 hours.
Security Dynamics Corp's Professional Secrity Officers are among the best qualified people available. The State of Illinois requires only 40 hours of training to license an armed security guard; 20 hours for unarmed guards. Compare that to the quality of SDC's Professional Security Officers.
